Paul Egan

Mr. Egan is a non executive director of AC Capital Partners Ltd., appointed on the nomination of APO Bank.

Mr. Egan is Chairman of the Corporate Department of Mason Hayes + Curran, Solicitors, Dublin, London and New York, concentrating in the areas of corporate law and securities law. He is the author and co-author of a number of law books including Irish Corporate Procedures(2007) and European Union Securities Legislation (2005) and is also one of the editors of Tottel's Irish Companies Acts 1963-2006. He has been a member of the statutory Irish Compay Law Review Group since its constitution in 2000 and is a member of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Committees.

Mr. Egan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in History and Political Science and holds a diploma in French Language from the University of Paris. He joined Mason Hayes + Curran in 1978 and is admitted as a solicitor both in Ireland and in England and Wales.
