Barbara Schwoerer

Ms. Schwoerer joined the Board of Directors of AC Capital Partners Ltd. in May 2010.

In her current role as Director and Head of Office of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank she is, inter alia, in charge of management, strategy and project consulting as well as quality management.

Before joining Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank in October 2005, Ms. Schwoerer worked for nearly seven years as a consultant at Droege & Comp., Munich. As an executive manager she specialised in working for financial institutions with focus on advisory on business strategy, cost reduction, process redesign, pricing policy and benchmarking studies of asset managers.

Ms. Schwoerer started her career as an assistant professor at the Institute of Finance and Banking Management of the University of Passau.

She holds a doctoral degree and a diploma in Economics.
